Birrieria Jalisco originally opened its doors to the public back in 1972 and Don Bonifacio Gonzalez (founder) favorite saying was "Me Dicen el Sabroso", he knew that his recipe would conquer the taste of Mexicans and to whom want it to savor authentic Birria.
